Daily Home Detox program with herbal formulas

Detox is important in life, as important is to clean our house and our car. We can start by eliminating bad habbits, before we step into the world of detox. Eliminate fried food and alcohol, smoking, drugs and eating late at night. When you feel ready to leave the dairy behind for a while, its a good time to enter to detox. 

Remember always start by observing every dose, don't take it, if it doesn't feel right for the moment and continue on. 

Starting with the Phase 1, 

stay on it from one till 7 days and see how it makes you feel. 

When you are ready to move to Phase 2, 

stay there from 1 till 7 days and decide if you wish to move to Phase 3. 

Its okey to stop at Phase 2. 

Colonics, enemas and intestinal washes can happen with filtered water, once a day or less, depends on your energy levels and body needs. 

Some tips for the days of detox: 

Tips: 

* Always begin the day with a psyllium shake or 600ml Filtered Water. 

* Two hours later take your herbal dose. 

* Two hours later, take another psyllium. 

* Take the Herbs two hours after meal. 

* Drink plenty of fresh veggie juices. 

* Consider using clean electrolyte supplements, chlorophyl, or trace minerals supplements. 

* NEVER take herbs with Psyllium ! 

* Take enemas as your body suggests. 

* It is essential to follow the directions for each phase.

6.00am 600ml filtered water + Vit.C 

8.00am Herbs or Juice with Noni 

10.00am Juice with chlorophyl 

12.00pm Lunch 

3.00pm Psyllium 

5.00pm Herbs or Juice 

7.00pm Dinner 

9.00pm Probiotic 

 

Continue with, Phase 2: 

6.00am Psyllium 

8.00am Herbs or Juice with Noni 

10.00am Juice with chlorophyl 

12.00pm Lunch 

3.00pm Herbs or Juice with Noni 

5.00pm Pysllium 

7.00pm Dinner 

9.00pm Probiotic 

 

Move to, Phase 3: 

6.00am Psyllium 

8.00am Herbs 

10.00am Psyllium 

12.00am Herbs 

1.30pm Lunch 

4.00pm Psyllium 

6.00pm Dinner 

8.00pm Herbs 

9.30pm Probiotic 

 

Ending the cleanse: Drink extra water. Avoid dairy products for the first week after the detox. Avoid fried food for at least 2-3 months after the detox. Eat extra veggies and fruits. Take enemas as your body suggests. Take probiotics for the next month or two and then stop. Eat light fruits and veggies for the fist three days. Add veggie juices in your life.
